Kipp Cottage is tucked immediately behind Kipp house in Kippford. Now a one bedroom apartment it has it's own private garden within the grounds of Kipp House. It is totally secluded and private,  nobody need ever know you are here.

The cottage has a double bedroom, fitted bathroom and a living area with a fully fitted modern kitchen. The living area has a woodburning stove and is carefully furnished.

For quiet evenings or rainy afternoons the cottage has a DVD player and is equipped with Satelite TV (Freesat). So you can watch the BBC or ITV from your own home region and all the other channels supplied on freeview.

The cottage is strictly for two people, it has been designed as a small luxury getaway for a couple seeking to sail on the Solway Firth, golf in this area, birdwatch or simply for a romantic break. Kipp Cottage is the ideal base to explore the Colvend Coast and Dumfries and Galloway.

 There is a lockable store for bikes, sailing gear or golf equipment.
